Good Use of Relaxation

Hello again dear readers and I hope that you’re doing great, feel great and enjoy your great Tuesday today. I hope that your weekend was great as you are. Warnnie here and I have a story to tell the world. Well, how unfortunate you are if you say I don’t like Tuesday just because you’re in an off mood to start your job, the task of yours or whatsoever which need your energy. Wake up….life is no beds of roses, whether you’re your own boss, or you’re working with others, you still have to do something, to earn something, to earn living. Hmm…, unless you’re major investor for some largest companies… Well, if you want a millionaire’s lifestyle, all you have to do is start think big today, make blueprint for your plan, then just do it.
I want to share something with you today about Stress? You’re kind of familiar with this word I assumed. Stress is the curse of living in modern times. Everyone suffers from stress. And the stress we suffer takes a heavy toll on our bodies, emotions and minds. Feeling stressed out, worn out by fatigue or just simply having a miserable day, the best thing to do is relax.
Watching television may be a form of relaxation for some, but is not a recommended method by experts. When we watch TV we are bombarded with commercials, ads, sounds and images. So how do we achieve
relaxation? If there are thousands of ways we can get stressed, one of them is not tasks deadlines, there are also many ways we can relax. In recent  studies, experts have determined that heart disease is linked to anger and irritability is linked to mental stress. Too much stress can lead to or cause a heart attack. Relaxation takes on added importance in light of this matter. Managing your anger and attitude is significant to heart health, and relaxation can help you manage stress. (more…)

What ‘s Wrong With Flag and Motivation?

Finally, after 20 years of waiting for the magic touch (I’m 6 years old that time), dream comes to reality. Malaysia won gold medal for the Football Sea Games 2009 which is held in Laos, after defeated Vietnam 1 – 0. Hope that this momentum will be  nourished and strengthen in the deepest heart of every Malaysia football players. To achieve and to start something is one thing, and to maintain the achievement is another thing. I may not one of the football hardcore fan, and it is not the reason that I am a female, hehe… I think this is a good start and we must admit that, Malaysian’s spirit in sports’ fields is still there. All we have to do is to dig, and dig it some more… Well, not only for this sport, though…

Congratulations Malaysia, this is just the beginning. ..Yet, what’s wrong with the flag? And how motivation can be extracted from the flag? Well, I do not want to talk about football, sorry if I disappointed you. 🙂 (more…)

The New Way To Happiness…

Good day to all of my dear readers. Warnnie here and I have a story to tell the world.  Time comes, time goes by…each day is the brand new day we must move ahead, encounters come and troublesome may fail us from what we want to achieve. Yet, nothing will control us from doing what we like or what we desire in our heart. Except for one, Our Almighty God.

What I want to share with you today is the new website which I found on the web, http://www.thewaytohappiness.org.  Below this post you will see a video about the website. Actually, the website is a non-religious and unbiased moral code for the 21st century and its purpose is to help arrest the current moral decline in society and restore integrity and trust to Man.

The organization published The Way To Happiness Book which is very straightforward and direct guide to good options. As for myself, I’m strongly agree with the existing of this book since ethics and moral value around the world are significantly decline. As far as I know, there are more than 70 millions copies have been published and circulated in 19 languages and 130 nations. However, I’m not sure if these kind of books already being circulated in Malaysia or not.

Good news for all, the book can be used in public schools since it’s non-religious book because it’s in secular organization. I think it is a fact that the book need to be reviewed first before the distribution. In a study conducted on teachers, 90% of those surveyed rated the presentation of moral values in The Way to Happiness book as “good” or “excellent.” Also, of those teachers submitting projects based on the book, 85% noticed a positive change in their students’ understanding of moral values.

Well, that’s all for now. I hope that Malaysia will have such spirit to create awareness among our Malaysians people to strengthen the ethics and moral values in life. Motivation does not come in a glance, it needs a teamwork and pure-heart to achieve it. Anything you do, let it be something memorable…

Till then
