What’s wrong with The “Box”? What’s up with The “Virtual Box”?

When I was a small little girl, (I mean, a very small girl physically and mentally), I always get this interesting and amazing “box” to me. My mum and dad at that moment of time will keep on muttering with my weird actions. Ah, I think my acts at that time were real cute though, don’t you think so? (winked) Well, what’s wrong with the box then? As far as I concerned, people will get attracted to noises and have the intention to know more, to hear more towards the sounds or noises they heard. That’s the thing which happened to me that time. The “box” is producing sounds and it amazed a little child just like I did! Then, I said to my mum, “Is anybody in that box? He doesn’t feel tired of keep on talking over and over again?” And, I did not remember my mum’s answer…

As time goes by, a person is getting more and more knowledgeable. So am I. The “box” I mentioned just now is so-called a radio, which is made by the transmission of signals by modulation of electromagnetic waves with frequencies below those of visible light. Thank you to its founder that we can now enjoy listening to various types of music through the radio. Jazz, Evergreen, Classic, and even popular Indies songs nowadays, you named it! Yet, curiosity kills the cat and this makes people begging for more and even more inventions in media communication technologies. How about a radio that will reach all over the world? That is the story of how online or internet radio is invented. Yes, the “box” is already become a “virtual box”.

Now back to reality, back to Malaysia. Fitrah Media Enterprise which is also known as “FMe” proudly presents their one and only online radio product in order to become a pioneer of finding and training talents in the field of broadcasting and media communication, FuhyooFM.com. FMe is also responsible for handling course as well as giving consultants to “KELAB MEDIA” and “RADIO SEKOLAH” co-curriculum programs. Actually and frankly speaking, I knew about the existing of FuhyooFM from one of the professional plus avid blogger’s blog, rohaizad.com (well, he was in the big action too though..fuhyoo..). I’ve been listening to FuhyooFM five to six times in this month.

As usual, my habit is still become a silent listener to this online radio.. But to my astonishment, this FuhyooFM already grabbed my attention instead of freshfm, hotfm, mixfm and erafm. Why? Certainly because of the Internet Entrepreneurs’ information (IE, I called it Internet Exploitation in my own dictionary..hehe..). I have been addicted and longed for internet marketing information since last September 2009. Well, it’s not that important though. What amazed me is that most of the deejays of FuhyooFM are very young yet talented. Maybe there were flaws here and there at their first few broadcastings, yet, we cannot deny that practice makes perfect.

In my opinion, FuhyooFM has lots of potential in order to reach more people, to educate people and to aware people about how powerful the Internet is. Yes, successful internet entrepreneurs are there, professional bloggers are there, taking part, sharing opinions and talking about such opportunities you may get through internet’s exploitations. Fitrah Media should be given worthy credits when they bravely invited and then merge a great teamwork with lots of successful and great personalities. As for blogger, we could hear their own voices such as Nuaeman, Smartzul, Rohaizad and many more..

Oh yes, I almost forgot to tell you about the installation of FuhyooFM plugins so that you can listen directly after click the “Play” button. The installation can be made in two ways.

1. You may want to install the FuhyooFM player on your toolbar (Works for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers only)

- Go to http://www.fuhyoofm.com

- Sometimes, you will need to install another plug-in in order to make the application functioning properly.

- It is highly recommended for you to boot up you computer or laptop so that you can see the effect after the FuhyooFM radio application is being installed.

- You will see your toolbar like this when open your browser:

2. You may also want to install FuhyooFM player on your blog (paid or free blog also will do) by copying the code below and then paste the html code to your HTML widget. I already put it on my Malay blog and I will use blogger for example.

- Go to the layout of your blog, and click, “Add New Widget”: Dashboard >> Layout >> Add New Widget

- Copy the code below from this site (shortcut key: Ctrl + C):

- Paste the code in the content area (shortcurt key : Ctrl + V ):

- Save it, and you can view your blog. It should be looked like this:

Lebih Berilmu dan Berinformasi (More Knowledge & More Informative), I must admit that FuhyooFM so far already achieved their own tagline. The music and songs arranged for every slots in FuhyooFM shows variations. The suitable word I think for FuhyooFM’s songs, 1Malaysia! You can listen to Malay, English or Even Hindi songs in here. Hopefully FuhyooFM will try to insert some Chinese songs or state’s songs after this? (just my opinion..). This will boost the cultural integration indirectly as we support for 1Malaysia concept which is to foster unity amongst the multi-ethnic people of Malaysia, substantiated by key values that every Malaysian should observe.

Okies…that’s all for now. In fact, I talked wrote too much already. When I was typing this article, I was listening to my favourite song via online radio, “I’m not a Girl, not yet a Woman” by Britney Spears. I could enjoy the song without any buffered problems. Yes, it was from FuhyooFM, “sebut betul-betul”*… I wish all the best to FuhyooFM team and keep up the good work. Till then..

* sebut betul-betul is Malaysian’s words which means "Pronounce it right"…
